Important delivery information for YsEpicure customers
Delivery is the responsibility of the vendor. All delivery queries should be directed to the vendor that sold you the product purchased. You will find an email address and, in most cases, a telephone number on the vendor’s page.
Brands using this logo are using lower-cost central delivery arrangements – offering savings on multiple purchases.
Consider the total price. Brands and products using this logo can be delivered free in standard postcodes.
All delivery costs are for standard Australian postcodes. Free delivery may not be available outside of standard postcodes. Additional costs may apply outside of standard postcodes.

SIGNING FOR ALCOHOL DELIVERIES
The law requires that alcohol may only be purchased by those over the age of 18. Orders must only be placed by people over 18. Upon delivery, alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 18 – and legal proof of age may be requested.
RETURN FEES MAY BE CHARGED
Where customers are not at home at the agreed time of delivery and a signature is required by a responsible person, the item will be left at the nearest post office.
Where the customer is not home and it is not clear where the item being delivered can be left safely, it may be delivered to the nearest post office.
Where an item is delivered to the nearest post office, customers may be charged an additional fee.
Please be sure to provide delivery instructions that make it clear where the delivery is to be left - and that a responsible person with proof of age and identity is present to accept the item. If you are not going to be at home, you may find it better to have deliveries made to your place of work.
Appropriately packaged refrigerated items can be left 8-12 hours depending on the weather of the day, the location and the core temperature of the product. YsAustralia does not guarantee the quality of products requested to be left outside.
